Downloading MetaTrader 5 on your Desktop or Laptop is quick and easy.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the TenXTrade Website - www.tenxtrade.com
- Click on the "Login (South Africa)" button to log in to your TenXTrade Client portal - https://portal.tenxtrade.com/login
- Log in with your email and password
- Navigate to the Traders Menu on the left sidebar
- Choose the download option.
- The download page will be displayed
- Select the Download option, MT Windows Link
- Once you click download, the execution file will download onto your computer - (note that this can take a few minutes)
- Once the execution file download is complete, open the execution file and click next.
- MetaTrader 5 will now automatically be installed on your computer. (note that this can take a few minutes)
- Upon completion click finish
- MetaTrader 5 will automatically open.
- If this is your first time opening MetaTrader 5, the Broker window will pop up.
- Select QuickTrade and click next
- The window will invite you to open an account.
- Select Connect with an exciting account
- Log in with your TenXtrade Live Account log-in details. (This you will find on the verification email that was sent to you upon opening your TenXTrade live account)
Congratulations - you have now successfully downloaded, installed, and logged in to MetaTrader 5
