► Navigate to the TenXTrade Website - www.tenxtrade.com
► Click on the "Open a Live Account" button on the left side at the top of the page - "Open a Live Account"
► On the new page, you will find the Registration form.
- Complete all the required fields
- Make sure that you accept the legal documents
- Click - continue
VERIFY YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
► You will receive an email from TenXTrade (noreply@tenxtrade.com), subject Registration PIN, with a request to verify your email address.
Should you be unable to locate the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders and mark the email as saved.
► The email contains both a link and 4 digit verification code. You can use either of these methods to verify your account.
► As soon as your email is verified, you will receive a sms and email with your TenXTrade Client Portal log-in details.
TenXTrade makes it easy to trade and manage all aspects of your account and portfolio through an advanced Client Portal/. The Client Portal is available on all devices and is an all-in-one management solution.
Through the Client Portal, you can update
- Your Personal Information
- Upload Documents
- Review your agreements
- View Messages
- Set-up Demo Trading Account
- Set-up Live Trading Account
- Make Deposits, Withdrawals, and transfer funds
► To verify your account, you will need to upload A
- A copy of your ID or password; and
- Proof of residency (it can be any utility bill or bank statement)
- Not older than three months
- Documents must be clear
- Contains company/ provider's logo
- Contains trading account holder details
IMPORTANCE NOTICE: If you reside with someone else and the proof of residence is not in your name, then the individual who has proof of residence must complete the Co-Habitation form

► Your uploaded documents will be reviewed and your account status will automatically be updated.
► You will receive notification via sms and email when your documents are approved.
If for some reason, your documents are rejected, you will receive a notification via sms and email. This notification will contain the reason why the documents were rejected. You can use the same process to upload the new / replacement documents.
To complete the verification process your need to complete a Questionnaire and Appropriateness Test. (Q & A Test)
► Read the questions carefully and select your answers from the drop-down menu.
► Continue until you have completed all sections and once you are done - click continue
► Your completed questionnaire and appropriateness test will be reviewed and your account status will automatically be updated.
► You will receive a notification via sms and email when this is approved.
Congratulations - once all your documents have been approved - your TenXTrade profile is verified.
Next Step: You will have to deposit funds in your trading account and start trading.
